*Rice, Kraft Minute Whole Grain Brown Rice, 2 cup (remove)Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 3 cup, strips (remove)Crushed Tomatoes, 794 grams (remove)*Kraft Mozzarella, Fat Free, 1 cup (remove)
cook rice as directed, brown hamburger with onion and chopped bell pepper, salt and pepper. add beef mixture to cooked rice with crushed tomatoes and mix well. line bottom of casserole dish with bell pepper strips. pour rice mixture over top, sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 for 20 or 30 minutes.
