Parmesan Crusted Pork chops (Low-Carb!)

2 pork chops, boneless, trimmed1 egg1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese1/4 cup almonds, finely ground1 tsp cajun seasoning
Preheat oven to 350°
Mix ground almonds, parmesan, and cajun seasoning in a plate. In another plate, whisk egg with a fork.
Dip pork chop into egg, then breading, and place in a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Repeat with 2nd pork chop.
Bake in oven for 35-40 minutes or until meat is white and cooked through.
Serving Size: Makes 2 Pork Chops
