Ingredients
*Brown Rice, medium grain, 1 cup Egg white, fresh, 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 cup (4.86 large eggs) Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, slicedGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, choppedOlive Oil, 1 tbspPepper, black, 1 tsp
Directions
Heat olive oil in a pan, add vegetables & soften. Add rice and stir for 1 minute, add egg and scramble. Mix together & enjoy
