Seared Ahi Tuna

Ingredients
4 Ahi Tuna Steaks (6 oz. each)Spray Butter1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp white pepper1 tsp onion powder1 tsp cayenne pepper1 tsp paprika1 tsp black pepper
Directions
Mix all the last 6 ingredients together in a small bowl (all the spices) to make a cajun seasoning.
Spray each Tuna steak with sprai butter on both sides.
Season the steaks with the seasoning mix.
Heat pan or grill on high (may cause smoke indoors so turn fan on).
Cook Tuna for two minutes on one side, flip and cook one minute on other side.
This will most likely have the steaks cooks medium to medium rare. If you would like them cooked longer, add a minute or two on each side.
Serve with a wasabi vinaigrette for an awesome combo of flavors!
