Bacon Spinach Quieche

Ingredients
2 c eggbeaters6 slices fried center cut thin sliced bacon1 c reduced fat shredded cheese2 c frozen leaf spinachoniongarlicpepper1 9" ready to bake pie crust - deep dish
Directions
Fry Bacon
Brown pie crust
Drain bacon then add spinach to pan drained of fat, add onion, garlic, stir to loosen spinach
layer in pie crust with cheese, top with eggbeaters, cook for 35 - 45 minutes
