Ingredients
These two ingredients can be mixed the night before and kept in the refrigerator. 1) 2 cups rolled Oats2) 2 cups Yogurt, plain, low fat, In the morning add:3) 2 Large Eggs4) 1/4 cup unsweetened Applesauce, Then add:5) 1/2 cup Brown Rice flour or reg flour6) 2 tbsp Honey7) 1 tsp Baking Powder8) 1 tsp Baking Soda9) 1/4 tsp Salt10) 1/2 tsp Cinnamon11) Apple Chunks sweetened, .25 cup
Directions
First 2 ingredients can be mixed the night before and kept in the refrigerator. Then add 3 & 4, mix well. Finish by adding ingredients 5-11. Bake on griddle like pancakes until cooked.
