Pork rind Pancake

Ingredients
2 eggs1/4 cup heavy cream 2 droppers full of liquid stevia1 teaspoon vanilla1 teaspoon cinnamon2/3 c water2 oz. Pork rinds.
Directions
Put pork rinds in food processor. Processs until fine crumbs. Put in a mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients. Let sit for 5 minutes. In a buttered frying pan fry batter just like regular pancakes.
