Grilled Squash, Peppers & Onions with Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients
1 medium zucchini1 medium yellow crookneck squash1 medium red bell pepper1/2 medium yellow bell pepper1/2 medium onion2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated1/2 tsp ground sweet basil Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Cut all vegetables into bite-size pieces & place in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir to coat vegetables. Place in a grill-safe vegetable basket and grill for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
