Crock Pot Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
1.5 lbs 93% lean ground beef1/2 Tbsp italian sausage seasoning1 medium onion, chopped1 medium green pepper, chopped6 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced1/2 cup red wine*28oz can crushed tomatoes2 6oz cans tomato paste1/2 cup sliced black olives (about 3oz)*1 roasted red bell pepper, chopped (either jarred or freshly roasted)3 bay leaves1 tsp salt1 tsp sugar*1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Brown meat in a skillet or in the crockpot insert (in a browning crockpot) with sausage seasoning, onions, mushrooms, and green peppers.

If using a skillet, add cooked meat mixture to the crockpot.

Add remaining ingredients, stir to combine.

Cook on low heat for 6 hours.


Serving Size: Serves 10 over pasta (pasta not included)
