Jicama Salad (modified from Guy Fieri's Jicama Slaw)

Ingredients1.5 ounces lime juice1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil1 teaspoon kosher salt1 teaspoon black pepper1 tsp. ground cumin1/2 cups peeled, thinly sliced jicama12 grape tomatoes halved or quartered, depending upon size1/2 cup peeled, diced cucumber1/2 cup julienned red bell pepper1 avocado diced
In a small mixing bowl add lime juice, chili flakes, kosher salt, black pepper, cumin, and then, while slowly drizzling extra-virgin olive oil into bowl, whisk.
Combine the jicama, cucumber, red pepper, avocado, and grape tomatoes in large bowl and toss.
Add dressing to vegetables and let sit for 15 minutes, stirring 2 or 3 times.
