Steak & Veggie Stir Fry

1/2 Tbsp lite soy sauce1/2 Tbsp water1/8 tsp sesame oil1/2 tsp chili paste1/8 tsp rice vinegar1/4 tsp lemon juice1/8 tsp red chili flakes1 tsp olive oil 4.5 ounces filet mignon steak, cut into thin slices1 cup Asian Blend frozen veggies, thawed1/2 cup cooked brown rice
In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, water, sesame oil, chili paste, rice vinegar, lemon juice, and red chili flakes. Add the steak to the bowl, tossing with the prepared sauce.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil on high heat. Add veggies to the pan and saute until warmed, about 2-3 minutes. Add the steak and saute until cooked to desired temperature, about 3-4 minutes. Lastly, add rice and remaining soy sauce mixture. Saute until rice is heated through. Remove from pan.
Serving Size: makes 1 serving
