Ingredients
1 Head Cauliflower finely chopped! Red Onion, chopped2 small Carrots. grated2 Tbsp Olive OilI Hot pepper/Chil1 FlakesSalt and Pepper to tast
Directions
Add Oil to Saute pan, heat. Add Onions and carrots, sweat until soft. Add chopped Cauliflower and fry fast. Cauliflower must retain crunchiness, add pepper. Serve warm
