Ingredients
Wild Salmon, canned, 340 gram(s) - this is 12 ounces from a jarOnions, raw, 1 tbsp finely diced Celery, raw, .25 cup, finely diced *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .25 cup, finely diced Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large Old Bay Seasoning to tasteSalt & Pepper to taste- I used cayenne
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, fill a muffin tin with paper liners, spray with cooking spray and fill with mixture. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes.

Serving Size: I got 8 muffins out of the mixture
