MF Egg Foo Yung - 1 serving (1/2 Lean+1/2 green)

Ingredients
1/2 cup Eggbeaters1 whole egg, beaten1/2 cup Bean Sprouts, chopped1/2 TBL red onion, diced1/2 tsp sesame oil1/2 tsp low sodium soy sauceDash of black pepper1/3 TBL low sodium soy sauce1/3 cup cold water
Directions
Mix everything but the cornstarch substitute, 1/3 TBL of the soy sauce and 1/3 cup water. Pour into a PAM-sprayed hot skillet and fry over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side. Makes about 5 pancakes.
In a separate small saucepan, combine the Cornstarch substitute, 1/3 TBL of the low sodium sauce sauce and 1/3 cup water. Mix well. Heat until boiling point where it will thicken. Remove from heat.
Serve sauce onthe side of the pancakes.

Serving Size: Makes 1 serving that equals 1/2 Lean plus 1 green
