Shannalee's Vegetarian Mediterranian Pasta

Ingredients
6 oz. Tru Roots ancient grain pasta2 tsp Olive Oil1 med Yellow Onion1 Green Bell Pepper 1 small Zucchini2 tsp Chopped Garlic1 lg Can Diced Tomato1 can Worthington Loma Linda Tender Bits, about 24 pieces1 can Black Olives 1 can Chick Peas1/4 cup Pesto Sauce1 tsp Oregano, groundBlack and Cayenne Pepper to taste
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. While pasta is cooking, saute fresh veggies in 2 tsp. olive oil. Add remaining ingredients to sauteed veggies, and simmer for a few minutes, until heated through. Serve over the pasta, or stir pasta into the dish.
