Ingredients
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced Brown Sugar, 2 tbsp packed Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) *Dry Mustard, 1.5 tspgarlic, 2 cloves mincedsmall onion, dicedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
spray crock pot. place ground turkey in crock pot. Chop carrots, celery, onion, and garlic. Put veggies in crock pot with turkey. Add mustard, brown sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper, and tomato paste. stir all together. cook on low for 4 hours, stirring half way through. serve on buns.
