Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef1 onion chopped20 med baby carrots, sliced lengthwise1 can tomato soup6 sliced tomatoes1 can kidney beans1 clove garlic mincedSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Put onion in bottom of slow cooker; layer browned & drained ground beef, sliced potatoes, and beans. Spoon soup over top. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
