Crock pot goulash

Ingredients
1 lb beef bottom roast, cut into chunks12 oz. frozen hash browned potatoes1 15 oz. can tomato sauce1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes with onion & garlic1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Mix tomato sauce & diced tomatoes in crock pot.

Add beef chunks and potatoes.

Stir well.

Cover, cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 3-4.

When done cooking, turn heat off and sprinkle cheese on top - allow to sit until melted.
