Kale and Cheese Tortellini

Ingredients
200 g Six Cheese Tortellini55 g Kale, chopped15 g Parmesan Cheese, grated1/4 C Low Sodium Vegetable Broth1 clove Garlic, minced1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Directions
1. Boil Tortellini in salted water until tender
2. Saute Kale in saute pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray
3. Add Garlic and Red Pepper
4. Add Broth to Kale until completely wilted and liquid is evaporated
5. Transfer Tortellini into saute pan with Kale, add Parmesan and toss until sauce tightens up
