Zesty Chicken

Ingredients
1 cup cooked chicken breast, cut into cubes1/2 of a 14 oz can of diced tomatoes2 tablespoons fat free sour cream1/2 of a 15 oz can of low sodium black beans1/2 tablespoon chili powder1/2 cup chopped avocado
Directions
1. Precook and dice 1 cup of chicken breast
2. In a nonstick skillet combine chicken, beans, tomatoes, and chili powder.
3. Bring mixture to a simmer, stirring occasionally and let simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Divide onto two plates, top each with 1/4 cup avocado and 1 tbsp fat free sour cream.
