low carb pizza crust recipe

Ingredients
1 egg - large1 cup mozzarella cheese (4 ounces=1cup)basil - couple shakesgarlic powder - couple shakes
Directions
mix egg and cheese together until mixed well.
then sprinkle basil & garlic powder as taste desires
mix well

spray small frying pan with no stick spray and spread mixture into pan.

spray top of mixture with no stick spray as well

fry unitl bottom is golden brown and the flip and cook that side until golden.

I then flip pan upside down on top of tin foil, as I then add toppings and put in toaster oven under broil until done.

Serving Size: one pizza crust is serving size
