Strawberry Banana Protein Shake

Ingredients
.5 cup 2% or 1.5% milk**.25 cup water (only needed if shake is too thick).25 teaspoon vanilla extract.5 cup strawberry (frozen is better).5 medium banana (frozen is better)15 g vanilla flavored protein powder
Directions
Add wet ingrediants first in blender, followed by dry. Blend thoroughly and enjoy!
