Ingredients
Cooked Pasta (I used healthy angel hair)1 small eggplant, diced1 zucchini, diced1/4 cup pizza sauce (Candana has 30 cals per 1/4 cup)2 T Parmesan cheese, shredded
Directions
Spray skillet with olive oil spray, add chopped vegetables until tender, add pizza sauce, pasta and cheese, toss and enjoy.
