Pork tenderlion stir fry

Ingredients
Meijer Pork Tenderloin Roast (4 oz), 1.67 serving *Thai kitchen coconut milk, 4 oz Cauliflower, raw, .5 cup *Pea Pod, snowpeas, raw serving size 1 pea pod, 8 serving *baby carrots (14 carrots), .8 serving Mushrooms, fresh, 3 large Spinach, 1 cupCoconut Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Melt coconut oil in pan. Add spices as you'd like but I used garlic, chili powder and salt. Add sliced pork and cook for 3-5 minutes. Add veggies and cook until they're almost done. Add a cup of spinach and cover for 3-5 minutes. Voila.
