Mexican Fried Rice

Ingredients
2 Tbsp olive oil1 Tbsp butter2 cups minur brown rice, pre-cooked1 medium onion diced1 can green chili1 medium tomato diced3 cloves garlic minced1/4 tsp cuminsalt & pepper to tase
Directions
Cook rice per directions on box.

Put oil into non-stick skillet and melt butter into the oil. Add the onion, tomato, and peppers and saute until the onions ar translucent. Add seasoning and rice and stir thoroughly.
