Mexican Egg Salad Wrap, Kaufmann Phase 1

Ingredients
2 cold hard boiled eggs1T fresh pico de galloSalt and pepper2-3 very crisp leaves of romaine lettuce1/4 avocado, mashed1T sour cream, mixed with a pnch each of ground cumin and cayenne (optional)
Directions
Chop eggs coarsely and add salsa. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Spread Romaine lettuce with avocado.
Spoon egg salad on top
If desired, top with a dollop of seasoned sour cream.
