1 C. Dry Pasta (Barilla Plus) cooked,drained5 C. Fresh Baby Spinach1 C. Cooked chicken3 Cloves garlic, minced2 T. EVOO1 T. Butter4 T. grated Parmesan cheeseSalt (optional)
Cook and drain pasta. Heat butter, EVOO, garlic and chicken. Add about 1/4 cup water, spinach and pasta, cover and heat on low until spinach is wilted. Top with Parmesan cheese.
