Refried Bean Soup

Ingredients
1 can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 teaspoon minced garlic1 can (31 oz.) fat-free refried beans1 can (14 1/2 oz.) fat-free chicken broth1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantroOptional: tortilla chips, sour cream, shredded cheese
Directions
In a large saucepan, bring the tomatoes, onion and garlic to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Stir in refried beans, broth and cilantro; simmer for 15 minutes. If desired, garnish with tortilla chips, cheese, and/or sour cream.
