Calzones

Ingredients
Two 9-inch pie crusts (unbaked)1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded1 cup ricotta cheese3 oz. pepperoni (The recipe called for 6 oz. but my kids don't like pepperoni, so I divided the cheese mixture up into meat/no meant)2 T olive oilRed dipping sauce of your choice (not included in nutrition calculation)
Directions
Mix cheeses and pepperoni together in a medium bowl. You could add some chopped up vegetables in at this point if your family will eat them. Unroll thawed pie crusts and cut each in half. Spoon 1/4 of the cheese mixture on to half of each pie crust piece and fold over with other half. Pinch ends together and brush filled calzone with olive oil. Bake at 450 for 30 min. Warm sauce to desired temperature and serve for dipping.
