STEM PROJECT Vanilla Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients
3 C Confectioner's Sugar1 C Butter1 t Vanilla Extract1-2 T Whipping Cream
Directions
1. In a stand mixer fitted with a whisk, mix together sugar and butter.
2. Mix on low speed until well blended
3. Increase speed to medium and beat for another 3 minutes.
4. Add vanilla and cream.
5. Continue to beat on medium speed for 1 minute more
6. Add more cream if needed for spreading consistency
