Ingredients
.75 Cups of cornmeal.33 Cups of niblet corn.25 Cups Egg substitue1.25 Cups Almond Milk.25 Cups Olive oil1 Cup White flour1 Tbs of Baking Powder.33 Cups Granulated Sugar.5 tsp Salt
Directions
Take cornmeal and milk to soak for 10 minutes. Using that time combine egg substitute,niblet corn and oil together. Combine rest of dry ingredients finally mixing all together and pouring into 12 equal size muffins, Bake at 400F for 20 min
