Chicken Ranch Tacos

Ingredients
2 cups Chicken Stock1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix1 packet Taco Seasoning12 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breasts1.5 cups Reduced Fat Cheddar3 cups shredded lettuce1.5 cups Salsa12 Old El Paso Stand 'n Stuff Taco Shells
Directions
Combine the chicken stock, ranch dressing mix and taco seasoning in the crockpot. Add the chicken. Cook on low 4-6 hours.

Once chicken is done, remove and shred with 2 forks. Add a bit of the liquid to the meat to desired moistness.

Divide chicken and other ingredients among the taco shells.

Serving Size: Serving size = 2 tacos. Serves 6
