Ingredients
1/4 cup ground quacker oatmeal1 egg white 3 packets splendaTouch of water to thinSeasoning to taste: Cinnamon, Italian seasoning, garlic, etc.
Directions
Serving Size 1
Mix oatmeal water and egg white until smooth.

Add desired spices, for pancakes add cinnamon, strawberries, what ever you like. For pizza crust add italian seasoning and garlic. This makes a wonderful sandwich as well.

Heat skillet; pour ingredents into hot pan cook 40 seconds or less flip and continue cooking until done. *just a fee seconds. Top with your favorite ingredents and enjoy!

    Wow, I have to say I liked it! I have been trying to find a recipe for a pancake using oatmeal and most have not been good. I enjoyed this one as did my kids! Will be making again - 4/7/10
