1/4 cup ground quacker oatmeal1 egg white 3 packets splendaTouch of water to thinSeasoning to taste: Cinnamon, Italian seasoning, garlic, etc.
Serving Size 1
Mix oatmeal water and egg white until smooth.
Add desired spices, for pancakes add cinnamon, strawberries, what ever you like. For pizza crust add italian seasoning and garlic. This makes a wonderful sandwich as well.
Heat skillet; pour ingredents into hot pan cook 40 seconds or less flip and continue cooking until done. *just a fee seconds. Top with your favorite ingredents and enjoy!
