Ingredients
GOYA Chick Peas (garbanzo) 1 canGarlic, 3 clove .25 cup onion, choppedSesame Oil, 1 tsp Salt, .5 tsp Cumin, .5 tsp1-2 tsp lemon juicegarbanzo juices from can
Directions
empty can of garbanzo into pot with garlic and onion and boil. spoon the beans, onion and garlic into blender with a little bit of the juices (like half the juices), add the rest of the ingredients, start with 1 tsp lemon juice (add another to taste). Add more of the juices until its the smoothness you desire. eat with veggies or crackers!
