1 cup Wheat flour3 cups Post Raisin Bran Cereal 4 tsp Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking1/2 cup of carrots (grated)1 cup Motts Natural Apple Sauce1 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp. Vanilla Extract2 Egg white1 cup Milk, 2%4 tbsp Promise lite butterButter Spray
in a large bowl, add cereal and all your wet ingredients. set aside so that cereal can absorb wet ingredients, for about 5mins. meanwhile mix together all your dry ingredients. After that blend it all together. spray muffin tin with butter spray
Bake 350 for 20 to 25 mins or till done.
