Crockpot stuffed peppers

5-6 large red or green bell peppers, tops cut off & membranes cleaned out1lb ground beef or turkey, raw1 small jar of salsa1 cup brown rice uncooked1 can of pasta sauce
Spray inside of crockpot with nonstick spray.
Mix together uncooked rice, raw meat & salsa together. Fill peppers with mixture. Stand peppers up in the crockpot. Pour pasta sauce on top of peppers. Add small amount of water to the bottom of the pot-less the 1/4c.
Cook on high for 8hrs.
