Scrambled eggs florentine

Ingredients
4 large or jumbo eggs1 cup fresh spinach chopped2 tsp olive oil1/4 c low fat cottage (1/2 c 80 calories)
Directions
saute fresh spinach in olive oil, then in bowl beat eggs and add cottage cheese and blend. Add to skillet and scramble til done. Enjoy!
