2 Apples1.5 cups Low Fat Almond Milk1.5 cups water1 cup Steel Cut Oats2 tbsp Brown Sugar1 tbsp Butter1 tbsp Flax Seed Meal0.5 cup Walnuts choppedcinnamon to tastepinch salt
Directions
grease crock pot sleeve with butter
peel, core and chop apples to desired size
combine all ingredients in crock pot
set on low for 7 hours (overnight)
