Coconut Protein Shake

Ingredients
1 tbsp. unrefined coconut oil1/2 small banana1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder4 packets Splenda5 large ice cubes
Directions
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend to your desired consistency. (I like my shakes a little thicker)


If you'd like less calories, only use 1/2 tbsp. of the coconut oil.



To me, this tastes a lot like a Pina Colada.
