Ingredients
10 oz jennie o lean ground turkeyOnion- 1/3 cup chopped thinlyEgg White of one eggOatmeal-1/4 cup ground (I use my ninja blender)salt to tastetsp pepper or to taste1 tbls cuminTbsp chopped parsleymix all ingredients and shape into meatball size patties. Press flat and cook on grill until done. :)
