Slow cooker muesli

Ingredients
1/2 cup roasted buckwheat1/2 cup oats (I used rolled, but steelcut is better)1/4 cup triticale (I ran out of oats!)1/2 cup brown rice2.5 - 3 cups water1/2 cup milk (I used almond milk)1/4 cup dried blueberries1/4 cup finely diced dried pear1 tsp vanilla1 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg1.5 tbs brown sugar
Directions
Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 7-8 hours (or overnight), or four hours on high.
This makes a rather thick porridge, you may want to add more liquid depending on how thick you like your porridge!
I used dried blueberries and dried pear, but you could use any dried fruit.
