Elderflower jellies (water)

Ingredients
Saft Fleder concentrate, Ikea, 1/2 cup *Knox Gelatin (1 envelope), 2 serving Water, 3 1/2 cups Food colouring, few drops if wished.
Directions
Place gelatine in a large measuring jug. Add 2 cups boiling water and stir until it is all dissolved. Add 1 cup cold water, then 1/2 cup elderflower concentrate. Add cold water to make 4 cups, then food colouring if wished. Stir well, pour into 8 ramekins. Allow to cool, then cover and refrgerate.
