Ingredients:Atlantic Pollock (fish), 0.5 fillet (remove)*Birds Eye Pepper Stir-Fry, 0.5 cup (remove)*Spinach, cooked, 0.5 cup (remove)Stewed Tomatoes, 0.5 cup (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp (remove)Panera Bread Focaccia (2 oz), 0.5 serving (remove)
Directions
Put olive oil in saute pan and add all the ingredients, cook until vegetables are tender and fish is done. Serve with bread, if desired, to soak up the juices (included in nutritional calculations).
