Vegan No Bake PB Cookie Dough

Ingredients
1 banana1/4 cup creamy peanut buttertsp vanilla3/4 cup oats1/4 cup peanuts1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
Mash banana in a saucepan then add peanut butter and vanilla and turn on medium heat. Stir constantly until mixture is heated through. Stir in oats and peanuts. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto parchment or wax lined sheet. Press in a few chocolate chips into each ball. Freeze for 30 minutes or put in fridge for an hour.

Serving Size: Makes 14 Tbsp sized balls
