Strawberry Apple Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk1/2 vanilla yogurt 1 cup frozen strawberries1 apple, cored and peeled2 teaspoons ground flax seeds
Directions
Throw everything in a blender; whirl until smooth and you have a quick breakfast.
