Ingredients
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 cup Spinach, fresh 1 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root 10 grams Limes .10 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel) 1 slice (3-1/2" dia x 3/4" thick Pineapple, fresh 6 medium (1-1/4" dia) Strawberries, fresh 0.50 cup slices Apples, fresh with skin
Directions
Put ingredients into blender in this order:

2- cups water
2- cups fresh baby spinach
1- slice ginger root (don't have to peel)
1- 1/4" slice lime
1- 1-1/4" slice cucumber
1- 3/4" slice fresh pineapple
6- fresh strawberries (don't have to remove stem)
1/4 of a Granny Smith or other apple
1/2-1 cup ice

Start blender on lowest setting then increase quickly to high.
If you are using a Vita-Mix, turn the boost switch to High at this point. Blend until all ingredients are blended.

Pour into tall glass and ENJOY!
