Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large Cauliflower, raw (riced), 2 cups
Preheat oven to 375 degrees, line baking tray with parchment paper, Cook Cauliflower in microwave 2 min, toss around then microwave another 2 min. Put in towl and/or very fine strainer and get as much moisture out as you can. Mix 2 cups packed very thinly riced cauliflower with 2 eggs. Season with you favorte salt/pepper or substitutes. Spread 6 fairly flat circles on baking sheet. Cook 10 min, turn and bake anothe 6 min. Cool on rack for just a bit. Place on hot griddle or frying pan, to get some crunch and add flavor.
