Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients
1/4 cup Fresh diced Parsley1-2 TBS of Lemon Juice4 cups cooked Spaghetti (1cup per person)4 cloves minced garlic2 Tbs Fresh Diced onions1 cup chicken broth2 Tbs olive oil2 Tbs white flour- all purpose1 lb or about 20 Medium sized raw shrimp1/4 cup white wine1-2 Tbs smart balance butter spread1 Tbs COLD water
Directions
1. Devaine-deshell shrimp (you can leave the tails on or off)
2. Take olive oil, garlic, and onion in a large skillet and heat on med to med-high heat until the garlic and onion sizzle and onion is soft.
3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, stir constantly.
4. Add chicken broth, white wine, parsley and butter bring to boil.
5. Reduce heat to low
6. take 1-2Tbs water and flour and mix until chunks are gone.
7. Add water/flour mix to shrimp mixture stir until it reaches a thickend consistency (it will still be a little watery).
8. serve over 1 cup of angel hair spaghetti.
