Energy Balls

Ingredients
1 cup Dry Oats1/2 cup Ground Flax Seed Meal1/2 cup Peanut Butter1/3 cup Honey1 tspn VanillaHandful of Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions
Add all ingredients in a bowl. I like to heat the peanut butter and the honey up, it makes it easier to mix. I add the dark chocolate chips last, the heat helps melt them and you don't have to use as many.

Once mixed, place bowl in refrigerator for an hour.

After an hour, remove from refrigerator, roll ingredients into small balls and enjoy.

I recommend keeping them stored in the refrigerator.
