Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halvesnon-stick cooking spray1/4 cup reduced fat parmesan cheese, grated1/4 cup plain, dry bread crumbs1 teaspoon oregano1 teapoon parsley1/4 teaspoon paprikasalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat oven to 400. Spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Trim excess fat off chicken. Combine parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, and spices. Spray chicken with non stick cooking spray. Coat chicken and place in baking dish. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until tender and golden brown.

Makes 6 servings of .5 chicken breast each.
